Never actually use this kit, well sometimes but rarely, but now im using it quite a bit and im getting alot better with it. I don't like the DAO-12 or the SMG's but when I use the P90 its hella better, doesn't have the best accuracy in the world but its quite powerfull. I got like 4 long distance shots within a few minutes. I don't have the P90 but its the next unlock :).

thats weird,

i've used AT for 165 hours ot of 185 since i started playing, i HATE the P90, most horribly inaccurate and unpowerfull gun in the game in my opinion, i actually haven't used it alot really, i used it for about 15 minutes and went straight back to my shotgun and sub

might give it another go :)

I dont like the options that the DAO gives me, so I unlocked the p90 and have been using it also. If you click it into 1-shot mode you can actually get some ranged kills as long as your prey isnt shooting back with a rifle.

It's fun kit. There's nothing more satisfying for me to be an underdog and getting the kill. You K/D going to drop drastically, but your feeling of elation when you finally get a chopper or tank to "pop" is worth it.

I find it fun also because the rounds you fire are seen. There's a certain bowlers body language to it. There's that anticipation, and the fly by wire can be like the hook/slice in a golf shot or the oil on bowling lane, except you can control it after it's realease.

A well placed long range AT round that needs to be guided had more finesse on it then anything else I've done in BF2.

The P-90 is less powerful per shot than the pistol but cos of rapid fire it out guns a lot of the other weapons

No, pistols are more powerful than any of the SMGs. This was temporarily not true when the MP7 was first added but they patched it down to the same level as the other SMGs.

The P90 RoF is nothing special either; it's the same as the other SMGs. The SAW does more damage per shot and has the same RoF. Based on the time to kill an armored soldier, only the specops carbines and the MG36 take longer than SMGs.

The best you can say about the P90 is that it's the best of the SMGs.

1) AT is a great kit against vehicles, and if aimed properly, against infantry as well

2) DAO is great short range, just wait for the enemy to come after you and take him out

3) The P90 is good from short range and can shoot extremely fast. Hopefully the enemy will be have been hurt a little before you blast away at him

4) I can't hit anything with the MP5, even close range. That thing really does suck the big one. I don't mind the Chinese or MEC default AT weapons though, I can do surprisingly well.

My favourite kit is the eng. class, as far as being able to provide defensive anti-vehicle and offensive anti-infantry support. I find the AT rockets should be a little more powerful, but this is coming from the guy who hates being hit by them in tanks, which when done in pairs, can provide an obscene amount of damage.

Im busy striving to unlock both the DAO and the P90 as soon as i get to my next rank which is about 1400 points away...

P90 is great. For distance, put it on single shot and rapid fire. Its very accuarte. Its one of my favorite guns in the game. Its weak, but thats ok. You have to think, the real P90 uses a 9mm round, so yes it is a rapid fire pistol in the real world, but its still cool.

DAO pwns. You can't however go out guns blazing in the middle of a firefight 50 yards away expecting to kill people with it though

Using the P90 in single-shot is generally pointless because the pistol is more accurate (lower base deviation, lower prone modifier, lower zoomed modifier, lower movement modifier, lower per-shot modifier) and powerful (20 damage vs. 19). The only advantage the P90 has over a pistol is the full-auto RoF in close-combat (or shooting at a target more than 300 yards away; good luck). Yes, some people can do well with it but I prefer the pistol+DAO combo.
