Anything from G36 family is above average, especially the G36E.
SCAR-L?? Nah, forget it. Probably the worst carbine in the game, IMO.

but yes, you are right - even though I don't play medic very often but when I do somehow the G36E turns me into a god-like creature on the battlefield

Hey, where is the topic creator? Does he have nothing to say after so many people replied to his question?

I prefer the G36C over both SCAR-L and G36E. It's more accurate than either...on single shot it's like a sniper rifle, and the full-auto mode is handier for close encounters than the burst on the G36E.

Dunno why people consider the G36E the ubergun. It's pretty decent, like the rest of the G36 family, but it's the skill that makes the carpenter, not the hammer. Last G36E I tried was a pickup from an enemy medic who ended up losing against my crummy little MP7.

As for the SCAR-L...meh. I prefer any of the other Spec Ops guns over it by far. The G36C in particular is far more accurate at long range, and I found that the red dot is a hindrance for those long shots because it covers too much of the target once you shoot at someone who's more than 100 yards away. With the iron sighted guns, you can still see your opponent because they're sitting on top of your front sight.

First off, this thread is disproportionate. You can't compare a CQB rifle with a productive rifle. The Scar has a shorter barrel and the full-auto capability. The G36E has a longer barrel, semi and 3-burst selections only. It would be more logical to compare the Scar with the G36C.

                G36E FTW!

I prefer burst mode. It wasn't until a week ago that I discovered that the MG36 had burst mode... DOH!
