SCAR-L sucks in my opinion.

The G36c seems a lot more accurate.

Maybe I'm foolish, however, for trusting that the red laser dot shines where the bullet will go.

Hmm. My post may be moot since I don't have SF unlocks. However, I find that the G36C fairs better than the L85A1. The L85A1 sprays a lot, and it takes time to get used to single shot in CQC. I love the G36C, and it's the main reason I started to play as Spec. Ops.

I think you could manage either class without the 2nd unlock, but the G36E might be the better bet for the time being. Really depends on what class you will play more.

ill take the scar-l. i like the aimpoint red dot and most of all the fact that is has a full-auto option. i can never win cqb firefights with a burst weapon. however, i will admit that the G36E is insanely accurate on single-shot.

The E is for easy kills, although I prefer the L85

G36E ftw... but in a few situations the l85 is also good/better.

After playing tons of matches with all of these guns I find that the default weapons, M4, AK-101, M16, AK-74U are better than any of these in the average situation. If you also look at what the 'good' players use its the defaults also. Another point of interest would be that unlocks are un-welcomed to scrimages(non-n00b clans).

I prefer the Scar-L. Because not only do I have a nice gun that is great at all ranges but I also get to C4 tank happy mofo's.
