I definatly think that the tow shot isn't nearly in the league of the karkand hotel glitch/exploit.

1. ANYONE can walk up to the tow and perform the same shot. Without requiring an acknowledged game expliot. The tow is designed to fire a high explosive projectile!
2. ANYONE can KILL someone thats using the tow to do these shots. They are not protected by an invinsible shield. They're not even protected by armour! Someone could easily bag themselves an easy knife kill while the "towee" is getting their aim right.
3. The enemy that he is shooting at can take steps to avoid getting hit with the tow.
4. The tow IS distance limited. Try firing the karkand suburb tow.

The tow is easily defeated. Helo hoes that contantly ***** and moan about it are just angry. Angry because there is something that can defeat it from a distance when they were used to being the only ones that can fire stand off shots.

I'm a Jet whore primarily. But a helo whore on Sharqi when I rarely play that map. And instead of whining about the damn stinger at the S. post that seems to have infinite range; I swoop down below the cliffs and elevate in front of the stinger operator's face and send em to hades. 2xtimes 2xtimes, get some!

any stupid pixel aimer can do it, and to me its as dishonorable as the karkand hotel glitch, now before you say no its not as bad they are both coded in the game and have not been removed, both you have no defenseive responce as the victum and both are cheap shots that can not be returned, funny though the karkand one will get your stats reset...this one should too

1st: your grammar blows goat di**. And 2nd: WTF is dishonorable about utilizing a TOW site to minimize the capacity of the MEC straight up decimating the USMC team when that thing gets airborne? Idiot.

There is another method of firing the tow which hasn't been mention yet, so i'm assuming it's not known. It's used in clan matches alot however using this method you will still hit the chopper reguardless of where you place the two vodniks.

If you still think it's cheap you have to look at these facts:

The map already favours mec by a large margin.
The TV station is cappable meaning USMC can lose the cobra.
The Mi28 has the noob cannon, how much skill does it take to click and have 5 infantry die.
The hotel is a cappable flag and generally changes hands the most or is the first flag to be capped.

Cept the eryx kills the tow in one shot, in this case its what he was able to do, if you can figure out the pixel shot for the other direction then theres a counter for the tow and no need to whine. Also if the tow person is aiming for the rotors then you can have a guy stand on the cockpit and take the tow hit, ive done it for my team b4.

Park a transport in front of the chopper. The Tow shot will hit the transport instead of the chopper.

What you guys fail to understand is he can't go take out the TOW, because that means he'll lose his precious choppers. Help your team by hunting down the tow so your teamates can reap the benefits? What nonsense is that?!

It's not even remotely cheap, if it was the other way around and you could pixel shoot the cobra then maybe (I'm aware you can hit the tv station pad from the hotel also). However the MI28 is a joke on a map like sharqi and there should be a queue of people after the TOW to pixel shoot it.

Jets don't fire TV-Missiles. But you see, choppers do and really there is little you can do about it - mostly run. Same thing with jet bombs, etc.

THJones' comparison though is senseless: The Hotel thing is a glitch, it's not part of the game and you are not supposed to get in the wall. Plus you are invincible once you are inside. Pixel shots need training and besides you can kill people doing them, this is the most important of all.

ya, well i can fire my ak from the southern mec spawn at a certain pixel and it will hit the tow guy....providing hes manning the tow of course

Ive seen a guy who had a counter to the tow, somehow he knew where to postion himself from the mec base and hit the tow with his eryx all the way across.
