You can get up to 16x AA now and 32xAF, you can also do Multisampeling and Supersampling. My 7600GT can run 16xAF, 8xAA (supersampling) and it runs fine. Supersampling takes far more points, i think standsrd AA takes 4 points, multisampling takes 6 and Supersampling takes 8. Something like that anyway. SS ives you great results with things like fences, makes a huge difference, but it cones a a hefty performance hit, just yr it out and see.
