Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
flying isnt that hard in bf2 just get a decent $20 buck joystick at wall mart and find a noob server so you dont get shot down...or find a great pilot and be his bombadeer...
Yes, join a game of Operation Clean Sweep and get in the gunner seat of one of the bombers with a good pilot.
Or, grab an F35B on Wake, fly really high near the carrier, and just fly in circles (or hover even) at about 750 ft. for 10 minutes. It's not like the F35s are good for anything else on that map. :p
There are two seat bombers on 64 player maps of Operation Clean Sweep, Gulf of Oman, Daqing Oilfields and Kubra Dam. Fly in the gunner position with someone that knows how to fly and the 10 minutes will be no problem. You should search the forums and read up on how to use the laser guided missles first though.

Its only the beginning. Soon youll find that joystick is irreplacable, give a few hours to get used to the stick.
Mate apart from panicky wobbly flying around in circles at 2am (so the server was nearly empty!) for 10 minutes to get the badge, i've never flown in BF2.
Until a couple of days ago. Fed up with getting my *** bombed every 2 minutes I decided to try to learn to fly so I d/l the 64man SP mod thingy and I have been practicing there. Some might say not the best way to learn but I think its ideal. I haven't got a joystick that I trust so its mouse/keyboard for me and tbh, its already getting easier. I even had the confidence to jump in a jet today on a public (no-one was using them) and only died twice, once from AA (yeah yeah, I flew into the sea the second time!), the point is, practice on SP, then practice more!

Great advice. I 'learned' (for lack of a better word because I'm still mediocre in jets at best) to fly on single player Clean Sweep, which is good for both learning how to get used to flying and also get used to bombing, lining up your reticle, and also some dogfighting (against an opponent that knows where on the map you are 24/7, no less). Being on MEC you also learn how to take out helis. It's a good map to get your feet wet, as I'm sure the SP mod lamri mentioned is. I don't get a lot of online playing time with jets because usually people who have faster comps spawn first and get to them, and I really don't want to take part in the smacktard tk-fest for them that usually ensues, but at least when I do get the opportunity to fly online I am able to be somewhat useful instead of just flying around aimlessly trying not to get shot down. :p
