Thats what it saying i dont know why ? but its not over heating and i dont have coolbits but it could be the stuiped NVIDIA DRIVERS Saying that but my nx7800gtx in 3dmark03 can get a Score of 8000-10000 and thats not with the D.O.T Thing they gave me and it could be the drivers ... or maybe i got a card that they where messing around with and some how i got it ?
Where are you getting the clock frequency settings from?
I think you are doing something wrong when you run 3dmark06, you should be getting much higher scores, make sure you set the settings to default when you run the test.
I don't think 600/1400MHz on air is too amazing, and as venny said, you got a better card, be happy. :)

ya i think i got a low score is becuse i have some much stuff and i have windows 64-bit so ya i will try rivetuner thanks
All it is, is a registry entry which unlocks the overclocking capability of your drivers. It doesn't add anything, it just makes the overclocking section visable.
