Ok so Songhua Stalemate does blow sometimes, but its an engineers wet dream for mining passges, serious.

As far as the AT sub-machine gun, after it was "adjusted" it has become far more useful than before, its great in close quarters.

And the sniper rifle is great, most look at bolt action being a drawback, not a plus, it has a high magazine capacity, and plenty of extra clips, nice to just lay out and shoot for a while without having to worry about ammo, yes? Headshots DO work.

The language can be irritating if you have an over zealous commander though:laugh:

I hate Dragon Valley (from a chopper user's perspective):
- It messes with the TVGM, you can't see the damn crosshair.
- There are trees (low visibility, TVGM's exploding on leaves - WTF?) and lots of AA's scattered all over the map; if you get a lock you can't know from where it comes.
- The stupid AA vehicles (Linebacker/PGZ-95).

As always, you can still own with a chopper, but you need both a good gunner and a good pilot - what is very very hard to find.

yea I hate Dragon valley to I don't play it much online, But I was having a fun lan game with my mates on Dragon valley and as soon as I saw how big it was I knew i would hate it. And to make it even worse my mate was flying the AH-1Z and I was the gunner and I couldn't even see the corsair.

Now I know why Dragon valley is bad I'm going to change The first post lol.

China maps and the PLA are both underrated. I've been having more fun on them than MEC maps as of late. Dragon Valley's or Daqing's lush wilderness are just prettier to look at than rocky desert MEC maps to me.

Also, one thing I love about PLA is that the commander voice is fairly calm, while MEC and USMC commanders can't stop YELLING ENEMY INFANTRY SPOTTED OR MOOLOOKI HAH DAH! AT THE TOP OF THEIR GODDAMN LUNGS.

The reason i think ppl dont play China is because thier anti-tank primary weapon sucks bad and for some wierd reason China's assault class uses AK-47s when BF2 takes place in the future???

One thing i want to see is an Urban map in China with huge skyskrapers and stuff , that would be awesome

AK-47s is th #1 gun mate, it has been used since it has been created. And BF2 doesn't take its place that far in the future, only few years.

China actually use the Type 56 and Type 81, AK copies. They're nearly identical to the AK but it is what they use and they will be their main assault rifle for the forseeable future. It's right at home in the game, even if mislabeled.

According to wikipedia they will replace the Type 81 with the QBZ-95 (their spec-ops gun in game, and for real) in the mid 2010's. BF2 still takes place way earlier than that.
