Awesome BF2 moments

Gotta say i just had one, and I felt like typing it out for your pleasure.

Map: Karkand (64)
Kit: Spec Ops
Enemy: Tank/APC whores

Solution:

I'm USMC and we've taken all the flags up untill the bridge flag where the MEC are taking a stand on the opposite shore. Every now and then the tanks and apcs will make a push across the shallow water and get confronted with our tank and a few mines. I'm weary of them so i make sure to pay attention to make sure they dont get through.

Sure enough a few minutes go by and an APC has come on shore our side and is pounding the hell out of the infantry all proned, facing the other shore, oblivious to the rain of APC rounds smothering the area.

I decided to be a little tricky and using the building for cover I manage to get infront of him and make a dash to plant some C4. His turret turns and he's seen me coming, he puts his foot on the gas and rumbles along the road right at me. So I prone and as he's driving overhead i slap some C4 on his belly. Once he's driven over I jump up and *beep* VERY satisfying kill.

I dont really do it justice by typing it but if you saw it, I think it was some pretty nice moves on my part. It was all in a flash of a second so I had to react quickly.

Anyway, now that you're unimpressed you can tell me what a noob I am and post some REAL BF2 moments.

Back in the day... when iwas a noobie i was playing wake island. I saw a big apache helicopter and ran over to it. I jumped up high and placed c4 on it (pre 1.3) and pushed the button. I blew up my first chopper!!!. Was my best moment ever even although i have had better was the first time i actually done anything quite cool. Now i just eryx them, mwahahahahahahaa.

Yesterday playing on Surge, it was a low populated 64 man server. we had one flag to the west of the Spetnaz base. I'm a rebel. I was an AT guy, I defended it against a tank, an AA vehicle, and 8 infantry. With 5 rockets and two clips from my DAO-12, and two clips from my pistol. So I killed ten guys in a row byself.

The best part was right after when I said. "OWNED, next time you might want to come with your whole team." hhaha one of my best moments.

Managed to blow up a chopper with a pistol one time was pretty funny although it as on fire

Some guy was being a **** throughout the whole match, so I knifed him twice in a row and then shot him down. He called me a hacker and the admins laughed at him so he left.

That was pretty sweet.

Last night I had a guy talking himself up and talking trash about my clan.

He and his buddy stole the chopper from the middle of Zatar wetlands, owned some guys, and went back to MEC HQ for repairs. Once he parked the chopper on the pad, he started typing trash again, and while he was doing that, I opened fire on his shiny stolen chopper with a jeep and blew it up.

Thouroughly satisfying.

Moral: Don't waste time talking trash about people, they're probably nearby with a big gun pointed at you.

Oh, and further more, if you can't think up an insult better than 'noob' or 'you must be 15 years old' or perhaps even 'did you get your battlefield 2 with your pizza order?' then you probably shouldn't open your mouth/all chat prompt.

One time on Gulf of Oman I was in a tank for the MEC team at a recently camptured flag and I hear an F35 coming in, so I spin my turret, fire the cannon, and kill the jet. He complimented me on the kill then proceded to dive bomb us for the rest of the night. The shot itself was pretty cool but the pilot saying "lol nice shot" was the best part.

idk how awesome this is but i always will remember this time i was eng running torwards a stair case and right when i got there someone else just run up and we looked at each other for a split sec and i pulled the trigger and got a face full of my shotgun lol

ok i was on SF and playing as medic. the map was iron gator. and i was in the mess hall and they where on the floor above me. i think it was the back of the ship. but whatever :p. they where coming thos this one thro way. and i was spawming the nade. and i got 4 dudes. then i just rush in there and got 1 guy.
that was about it.

I remember one dude when I was a noobie (who am I kidding, that was like a month ago. I still am an uber noob), I was messing around in a tank. It was on Wake Island and I was just messing around. All of a sudden I saw a jet, and me being the noob I was, I shot at it with the tank. The round missed the jet majorly, but just as I turned away, I saw my round freaking destroy a unlucky helicopter. I ROFLED

It was Sharqi Pennisula. I was USMC spec-ops, and one whole MEC squad was swarming the TV tower, and a chopper was coming. OH NOES! What do I do?!

So I grabbed the AA turret and hurt the chopper and it ran away back home. Then I headed for the flag once it turned neutral. I killed one guy walking around, one guy climbing, and when I climbed the ladder, there were three guys facing the other way. So I jabbed one in the back and shot the other two. And I got the flag back.

Then I climbed to the top to get the USMC chopper which just spawned. Then I found three guys still up there (probably a squad leader plus his squad members). Two jumped into the chopper and one guy was shooting down from the top of the building.

So I planted the C4 on the chopper and a few on the ground. Then the chopper lifted off the ground, turned and began shooting. OH NOES!!! So I jumped off the building and looked up at fireworks!

Too bad I missed the 9 key... I was too busy pressing the wrong number...

But still... that was like... 8 kills in a row!

its really fun shooting down flying choppers and jets in a tank. i think they really kinda expect to shoot us instead of us shooting them. lol
