Sometimes I have great luck and it seems all my shots hit right on, other times it seems all my shots "clip" through the middle of choppers and I can't hit a damn thing. 1.3 seems to have made it much worse though.

I'm having this same problem as you right now. There is a delay between the the time you click to change the missile's flight path, and the time it actually changes it's flight path. For example, you click to move the missile to the right, then 0.3 seconds later, it moves to where you clicked, but previously, it would take only 0.1 seconds. It seems very unresponsive and it makes it hard to guide the missile.

I have tried everything, including reinstalling windows to make this problem go away, but I haven't succeeded yet. Have you managed to fix the problem yet?
