Re: 1.4 Feedback and Error Reporting

For EA/DICE - Are you guys reading our posts in order to help you test the beta?

    Found some more bugs/glitches:

    - You can see enemy a little bit away the UAV's line of sight sometimes, probably has something to do with the mini-map, or map playing on.

    - The hit indicator at times does not show when damaging an enemy through cracks in objects, like on the crashed aircraft in the building in Jalalabad. The enemy still gets damaged however.

    - At times after standing from prone position, unable to sprint for a few seconds.

    - Can't damage armor with AT in local co-op game with bots.

Sudel Tek, are you standing up from Prone while against a wall or corner?

There seems to be a little bit of "Dead" area along the walls where it is difficult to get moving from Prone.

Yeah I think so, but I think I remember it happening when I wasn't up against a wall or object, it would still happen. Most of the times though, yeah. New bug in 1.4? RTJ map bug?

I think we should only report bugs that are "introduced" by the 1.4 patch. Reporting every bug that we've seen since day 1 will only create a massive list of things to fix that Dice has no hope of finishing.

Its not a feature of the game its a bug. If it were an intended feature, then you would be able to drop single bombs all the time. The bombs are supposed to drop two at a time in the F35, F18, J10, MIG29, Eurofighter; 5 at a time in the F15, Su34 and Su30; and in pairs of twos in the A10, Su39 and Q5.

How would we know a bug is not as a result of the 1.40 patch? Better to report all bugs than not report them at all?

With this logic we shouldn't report bugs like the Red Tag bug or enemy spotted looking like squad members.

Please reconsider 'infantry mode'. All that was needed was a mode that did the following:
                  • Replace Tanks/APCs spawns with Heavy Jeeps
                  • Replace AA vehicle spawns with Light Jeeps
                  • Remove Jets
                  • Replace Attack Helicopters spawns with Transport Helicopters (i.e. USMC Wake Island 2007 carrier would now have 3 Blackhawks)
That's it. Add this option for each map for whatever you want to call it and it would add new fun.

I think with all the changes made in the 'infantry mode' currently that its prone to major balance issues. Certain classes, like Medic, are godly while other classes like Engineer become useless.

                  Please reconsider 'infantry mode'.

We appreciate you releasing the patch to the public in this BETA. This shows that you are listening to our concerns.

                  To a solid 1.4 patch.

                  Harmor
Yeah, exactly as above. Why overcomplicate things by changing all these other variables in the game. Leave all that the way it is and just change the map spawns.

Ive notices sometimes when playing commander and spotting out tank or infantry that sometimes they don't appear on the map.Thats the only thing so far besides what the other have posted, and i would like to see one thing change, the J10 needs to be nerf just a little to give the F35 and others and good fight without being over powered

                            One for the Feedback portion.

How about putting in a " Clear All " button in the favorites tab ?
