Amen and hallelujah!!! EA blew the implementation of aircraft badly in this game. I hope they fix it in 2142.

Seems to me that when BF2:SF came out everyone was on it, now that the hype has died down nobody is ever playing it. I dont get on it that often anymore, what about everyone else?

Heel yes, Ghost Town is the best, almost no BF2 for me now.

I've been checking out the sniper class more recently. I like to camp the tv station in Warlord. Toss a claymore just inside the stairs, and beside the flag (to stop the grapplers/zip liners from capping the flag), then climb to the top and start raining the fire.

Great fun was had by all.

Well, half of us anyway.

I bought SF not too long ago and play it almost exclusively now. I was getting tired of the regular BF2 maps and wanted the extra unlocks. Most of the time when I log on there are 50-70 SF servers, a majority of them are Warlord (which is infantry based with 1 heli per side) and Ghost Town (which again is similar with no planes). I find SF a nice change of pace for infantry maps away from Karkand and away from air vehicles (which I can't fly well). I recommend a turn on all the maps though, most are good except the night maps, which I am not a fan of-

I just started playing it again (bought it on release day, played it for a week, then haven't touched it since).

I LOVE it!

The reason I left is the HUGE bug where if you pilot an attack chopper, the game becomes super laggy and unplayable.

They have YET to fix this bug...but I figure I'll just stay outta the choppers

Which is a shame cause Night Flight sucks as much as Iron Gator rules.

the problem is BF:SF is an even bigger system hog than bf2, I would play more but I average out maybe 10 fps on a good day

I still play Sf when I can, I love the infantry fighting. It's insane
with a lot of players.

My clan server rotates SF on Weekends. Kinda like a break from the norm.

SF is all I ever play. Tried AF and like it but just can't keep away from SF. Still too much fun.

Some sf maps are good but i never play the night ones or the iron (lag) gator
