Sweet mine spots

I thought it would be interesting to start a thread where we can post good mining locations. I don't have many, but one area that seems to get a lot of kills is on Dragon Valley in the shallow water.

Sharqui peninsula when your on the U.S team at the city entrance run toward the bridge in the direction that the atc spawns and at the end of the bridge facing you there is a little [____________________] drop off that looks like that you put them right infront of it and the atc drivers can't see them and run em right over

sharqi peninsula is gpood for inig roads as vehicles are used heavely there.

On mashtur, put them on the hump of the bridges, so they can't see them.

Most of the shallow water maps are good for it. Or any where the bridge has some kind of "lip" to it...

I've had good luck laying Claymores right around the corner from the places where most people place them. They look, it looks clear, and then right about the time they double-tap to sprint ahead, boom!

Also on Kark at the square, being on top of the building there and dropping them into an enemy flag is great fun, although annoying as can be for the guys who are spawning, take a step, and then immediately go cartwheeling into the air. Medic!

behind the train tracks on Karkand is a good spot, you can never see it until its too late.

If you're coming up to a bend or a bridge on any map, place a couple of mines along one side of the road in plain view. they will move the the other side, where you have placed a couple more just out of view. this works especially well on the road between suburb and train accident on karkand.

2 methods to mine, i think.

1) road block. just lay the mines to block the cross road. can help your team to win the round by limit the mobile ability of your enemy. but doesn't help you much to get point. cause most of the drivers are not that blind.

2) the killing mines. the ones placed somewhere the drivers will not see. long grass, shallow water, street corner, or any spots fierce fighting takes place which draws drivers attention away. usually a individual one is enough to do the job without being noticed by the drivers.

how well you can lay the mines very much depends on how well you understand the map.

no offense, but any armor driver with a brain will be on the look out for that location..
