I spawn camp w/o a vehicle and when there are other bases, and not at uncappable. Also, only sometimes.

If they do that to me, i'll spawn rape them with a vehicle, even when it is an uncappable or last CP left, cuz then they deserve it, then i go teabag them after i kill if i feel like it.

I said NO, but i will under some conditions. for example if i am capping a flag and know of a spawn point i will kill anyone who spawns there.

im a fair player i dont spawn rape unless there are other bases they can spawn at, its actually 1 of our server rules

If the server allows it, hells yeah. I make it a point to follow the server rules.

Also, if you are trying to take over a flag and the enemy is spawning there, you have to kill them as they spawn so I guess...absolutely.
