I only camp in effort to gank enemy aircraft/vehicles. I do it even if the server 8itches about it, cause I'd rather take the kick and go somewhere that doesn't employ corny rules then stay there and allow the enemy to utilize thier vehicles to decimate my troops on the ground.

why not just save urself the kick, and frequent servers that allow it?

oh btw.....at that point i would either be in a stinger, in a humvee, or stealing their tank so i can drive to their heli....i wouldnt complain, and dont complain, i simply speak the truth of it's lameness

I was just saying it's not really a cheap or lame tactic if it's so easy to defend against.

Can someone clarify spawn camping?

I mean you can define it in so many different contexts. Like is being inside the enemy base "spawn camping," or is it specifically standing at the places people spawn and shooting them the instant they do. -

Ala the asshats on Karkand that sit in APCS at the hotel alleyways and just rape people who spawn in. That's not "real war" that's ******** and lame. Especially when you're team is totally uncoordinated, as happens frequently in public servers, and dont use C4/SRAW to retaliate.

Meh, i do spawn camp in the sense that I will watch the places infantry spawn in when i'm actually trying to cap the flag but that can't really be helped. To say that I actively try and lame people spawning in the second they pop up, no.

My worst offence is probably hanging around the construction site building with my pump shotgun and just running around like a headless chicken killing infantry that spawn either side.

I olt spawn camp is we are trying to take that flag. I won't, say, bomb the US carrier in Wake, but i will hide by the bin in Square and cover the spawn point my the rocket launcher in Karkand. Spawn there, you die.

And I do watch spawn points as I move past them.

no one has a chance in the .2 seconds after spawning to 1. find where u are 2. go prone/aim 3. fire a single shot....before gettin mowed down by that noob prone in the corner with his PKM aimed at the spawn point....

ive actually seen ppl spend a good ammount of time prone in the corner with their PKM...their sights on the spawn point, and not actually playing the game.....only option is to spawn somewhere else and shove ur knife right up his ass......and this is one of the few rare instances its ok to teabag :p

I do, but its not like I'd deliberately go to spawn camp. If I end up in their base with a tunguska or whatever, well.. that's their fault for letting it happen, innit?

Well, it's ALWAYS the enemies fault if they're getting raped if theres other spawn points. Anyways, usually only spawnrape to cover my teammates that are capping the flag.
