To get the first S. rank, you have to meet all the req. BEFORE you earn 20k points.

If you have all the req. before that, probably you are victim of a bug caused by the time when you got the Basic Knife.. I some cases, EA scripts only counts the time when you get the veteran Knife badge.. so when you go over 20k, you actually dont have the basic Knife badge... that's the problem .. go and complain on EA HQ.

Lumberg I Got The Same Problem Mate, My Score Is Nearly 30 000+ And All My Badges Are Veteran, Apart From Knife Which Is Expert. Why Am I Not Promoted??

It's 9:49am here, and I'm hungover... but yeah. That and a smoke (not the kind you buy in a store).
