Why am I not a First Sargent Yet??? Help!

Can't quite figure this out. I got a global score of over 25,000 and I have all the basic medals(half verteran). I went to BF2stats and read the UBAR and it seems like I have met the criteria. I figured it was just an EA thing but its been well over a week.

Can anyone help me out?

Ugh... you need to meet the basic badge requirements before you get 20,000 points. Otherwise, you are a Master Sgt., and will be a Master Sgt. until you rank up to Master Gunnery Sgt. at 50,000. If you want to get the rank of Sgt. Major then you need those badge before you hit 50,000.

Just because you cannot read, follow simple common sense direction and probably suck at the game is no reason to lash out at those of us who are literate, have active common sense and know how to play.
