Their track record thus far does not leave alot of room for optimisim.

I think the RIB's will become invincible and the when you load the new map your BF2 gets uninstalled.

...but that's just me.

I think the new patch is gonna rock, not only it's going to fix the problem with the ctd,lost connection,server crashing and cartillery.It's gonna address bf2 wall exploit .or maybe it'll just suck and kill us all.

My money is on me having to re download the full patch again because of it installing worng , ya never know though could be pretty good.

yeah..but they said they're gonna beta test the patch early july..so we prolly wont get it to end of july early august..why cant they put out an emergency hotfix now just to address the lost connection problem... mean the added map and new game feature is great ..but its not essential i could still enjoy this game without it...so why dont they concentrate on a quick bug fix...then they can take as long as they like testing the new patch

I think the only reason they are beta testing the patch is because it'll be the last one they ever make. They have to get it right.
