We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
-The new patch will change the server code so that the ingame browser won't work.
-It will alter the stats submission format on the ranked servers so all our stats will get corrupted.
-AA-Missiles will now fly backwards and also attack ground vehicles.
-The J10 will be as it was, the F35 will be changed to have less flares and be less manouverable.
-The other team will now have also blue tags, to avoid the red tag problem.
-Textures will be removed to avoid graphic corruption.
-The helicopter pilot will have direct control over the tv-guided missile from his pilot seat to remove seat switching.
-Some random infantry weapon will be made uber-powerful and accurate.
-Bunnyhopping and dolphindiving will be supported via ingame shortcut to remove the need for manual scripting.
-CTD's will bring up a website for pre-ordering Battlefield 2142.
-Every player will instantly get all medals when hitting the 500h mark.
-Squadsize will be reduced to 3 and spawning at the squadleader will be removed.
-Another new map will be introduced: de_dust
-The Desert Eagle will be an optional pistol unlock, with the ability to kill everyone with a headshot without range penalty.
-Newbies with lower ranks will automatically get the commander spot when competing for it.
-New ribbon for 20 punishes in a round
-New medal for 2500 teamkills
Most of those fixes will probably not work in the next patch, so some of those features will appear in a later patch revision.
BRAVO ! ! ! :yay:
I can't believe I am actually saying this but...Can the next patch be any worse? I am afraid I will find out the hard way !
