I believe I've seen people start to spawn in their death position then quickly warp to their spawn position, must be a bug.

I'm pretty darn sure you can't teleport people - not with BF2CC anyways. And AFAIK you cannot control spawn points either, first I've heard of that.

And as said above FF off is NOT against the ROE. And I don't think it can be changed on the fly; it most likely requires a server restart.

You can change FF without a server restart.

I've seen many of the flashing things. Example. You're moving up the alley of the Hotel on Karkand as USMC. There's an alley that has a crate of boxes on a forklift platform thing. It has the ladder that goes up to teh glitch building. In the corner across from those boxes, you see an MEC soldier appear, but less than an instant later you see his player zoom through the wall towards the spawn point. He then comes around the corner and shoots you up with his overpowered PKM.

Ive seen the glitchy split seond people, now I just ignore it.

the ladder thig happens every time; a quick flash of player and hes coming up the ladder to get knifed.

Ive heard that admins can fling players into the air, but I never heard they could control the spawn points although thee have been instances that could be accountable by that. Ever kill a guy and have him spawn almost instantly?

Admins can't control spawnpoints or randomly spawn you or a vehicle wherever they like. The maps don't work that way. Not sure about the ladder glitch you guys are talking about....haven't noticed it myself.

yeah ive had that a few times, will be driving in a tank some where and start shooting and my gunner (on ts) will be like
"wtf are you shooting at spits?"
"err that mec guy that was just infront of us"
"lay of the smoke spits, let me drive"

You may be thinking of CS admin mods where the admins can do pretty much anything to the game.
