Rofl. Euroforce does blow. I've only played 8hrs of it and half the time I wanted to be playing vanilla or SF. Could have spent the money on beer instead.

The scout helicopters are equally worthless. They don't even have enough firepower to kill an FAV (beleive me, I tried!!)

You may just not know how to pull it off, I personally havent been able to get a kill in the things yet but I have seen some get 30-40 kills in a round, they seem to shred attack choppers pretty fast too.

ok this is odd i looked on game-monitor and found only right now RANKED 5 servers with people in them in the ENTIRE world.. 4 being in the USA and 1 in UK

it seems more like the whole bf2 community (game) is dying off,
since they brought this patch out hundreds of players have left the game due to the fact that alot of peps get CTD an other prob's.
the way i feel at the moment i cant be ars3d to play either due to so many asshats killing for vechiles all the time.
they should make the punish more important to try an stop the tk'rs

I think they should lower the requirements to start a game. I've been in some EF servers where we needed just one or two more to start..that's annoying as hell.

Personally I would rank the EF/AF maps:

Operation Smoke Screen
Armored Fury
Tarraba Quarry
Midnight Sun
Great Wall
Operation Harvest.

And La Cantina is running AF+EF...at least it was the other night. Left smoke screen and went straight into harvest.

EuroForce owns. I play on the 64 player 24/7 Operation Smoke Screen. So much competition on there and its mainly the top rankers that play there. I like all the Euro maps, and I have a server with Euro and AF maps in my favourites LACANTINA or something. Tiger Hap pwns, even though it can be a bitch to control and can crash easily, if your good enough with a chopper, no problem. Same with the EuroTyphoon.

It's LACANTINALOCO (www.lacantinaloco.com) . If anyone is curious, they should go there and look up the IP of the EF/AF/Best of BF2 server. I've found it to be a GREAT server. The admins do their jobs, but stay mostly transparent.

I haven't been able to find a server in Australia with people in it.
It's really quite sad, I liked Euro Force because of the new team and weapons.

I have not played it much, but I do enjoy it occasionally, and all you people who say: "OMG IT SUCKKS I ONLEEH PLYEHD LIEK 4 HOURSZ!!1"

I just have one thing for you, it cost $10 the amount I spend on lunch, wich takes me approximately 10-15 minutes to eat. If I get 4 hours of fun for that price, im thrilled..

i was on a great mother f*cker of a server last night.


it was my first time playing EF and AF and i thought when i played EF it was better to my vew, but i only played 1 map of each. roadrage on AF and the one in the desert(?) on EF, euro vs. mec.

it was ****ing fantastic and there was massive tank battles and everything

Actually EF was dead the moment they decided to not release it on hard copy, they lost 70% of possible sales doing this....hope someone got fired over it...all expansions released in this manner will fail.

The only "good" 64 player server in the uk i could find was the Jolt Op smokescreen 24/7, shame 24/7 maps are as gay as Elton John. :hmm: Just run the full rotation and be done with it. :cry:

Big up the EF + AF combo servers, keeping it real for the BF2 massive!
