I think the main reason some medics don't respond is because they don't have voice overs set to "English Only". Before I Changed that, I would miss things by not reading the text. It's easy to miss a medic request when some all you can hear is some dude yelling "Alah Jihad!"

Change your voice overs to english!!!

Yeah, that's probably why I miss a few calls for Medic. But I'm pretty good with watching the HUD for the crosses.

English voice-over fixes that problem, but it's SOOOO helpful hearing the enemy speaking in a different voice from your team. Hearing the enemy yell out "grenade!" has saved my life lots of times.

Perhaps they could come up with a variation that YOUR team always speaks English (no matter which side you're on) and the OTHER team speaks in some kind of Sims-style gibberish. That would be both helpful AND amusing.

Easiest solution... BE A MEDIC! We need more medics. Too many people play ass-ault or snipetard. Medic is one of my favorite classes. I play with a friend who is really, really good at healing/giving medic bags. He's come in first many times with almost no kills; all team points.

I'll be honest, when I play a medic, and someone calls out, I first figure if I can get over there without getting my brains spilled all over the sidewalk. If there are a lot of dead bodies between me and the guy screaming for a medic, well, sorry.

If a medic watches the mini map close enough, it is easy enough to tell who around them needs health and who doesn't. I mapped the bag to a button on my mouse, so its no big deal to throw a bag at some guys feet... but of course, I can't make him take it. I've gotten killed too many times by standing there trying to patch him up because he won't grab the pack at his feet.

It is frighteningly irritating trying to get a Medics attention, that's why I like being a Medic. I wish I could take back my Assault unclock and switch it for the SA80 =X

I blame the HMOs! NO really, I use my judgement. If you look like you do not have insurance, I just ignore you. Its more realistic that way! J/K, if I am around, you will be healed or I will die trying.

I have had supply lames standing right in front of me ignore my requests for ammo.

This got me to thinking they didn't have the language option set their native language. If it's chinese and they speak russian, maybe they don't know what's being said.

How About A Soldier That Is Wounded But Wont Take Your Health Packs And You Chase Him Untill His Death And Yours As You Are Holding A Medpack In Your Hand And Not Your Gun
