I have no idea what you just said.
but..
as it is, if you are in camera view on wake, if you can't see the target, he is out of range.
I know the exact range of the camera missles just by looking at the target I know if it'll hit or not, but I can't explain it. It's like 7/8 to the end of your draw distance in camera view, on wake.
Re: Would you like to play with greater view distance?
Yes, greater view distance would be great, but what good would this be if you can't hit anything at that distance (if you aren't a sniper)?
This is the main cause they limited view distance, to cover the bad hit detection.
So it's not going to happen…
Re: Would you like to play with greater view distance?
Yes and I hate how with the scopes I could easily hit something at a certain distance but it happens to be fogged out. The scopes just seem to not let me see further just to make things bigger.

1.5 is what I suggested, I did not want to go overboard, I think the sniper should get better range on their scopes too.
Realistically, BF2 requires a strong machine to play. I don't think this is the spot that should be leveling the playing field. I have a good machine, I think it should be able to exploit the game to the fullest.
