I've never seen VOIP used on a ranked server... ever.

our clan has rented from 4 different companies
we have always insisted and always have VOIP working
and even though we use Ventrilo ourselves, we still HIGHLY suggest our guests
use VOIP and I guess about 50% of them do

For those of you who don't have voip working....POSSIBLE SOLUTION

GO to Run, type dxdiag. when it comes up , go to the sound tab and under hardware acceleration, move the slider bar to BASIC instead of FULL

This simple solution fixed my voip, maybe it will work for you too
