I've always been too lazy to do that... but it seemed funny..

If someone does that I parachute right out, , invite them to my squad, tell em in no uncertain terms why I am about to ruin their day, and get the rest of my loyal squad and me to all tk them 4 times whilst reviving. Childish? Yes. Fun? God yeah. Makes me feel all warm as fuzzy. We all laugh ourselves silly too. try that

Once I take-off for the first time, the threat of a TK is pretty much over for the rest of the round, because after the first 2 mins, everyone has pretty much dispersed and moved on from the main base to pursue alternate options. If you're shot down, you simply spawn again and retrieve the jet again shortly thereafter (unless someone is camping the hangar waiting for it), in which case, you could face a potential TK situation trying to take the jet again.

And there is your problem right there...you take the jet even though someone else is standing there waiting for it instead of waiting for your turn again. I hate it when people do that and if it happens more than once to me of course I will TK you.

I was running away from a chopper in my jeep a couple of nights ago when I lost orientation, and accidentally crossed the landing strip on Wake Island... Bad thing that the pilot on my team was just taking off, and we rammed each-other at full speed - well tbh I rammed him while he was trying to evade me.
I felt really sorry for him because he got the TK, and a suicide. But then again, he immediately hit the punish button (I don't even blame him for that... ) and threw a couple of nice words at me.
Of course I apologized immediately over ingame chat, and guess what, he even apologized to me for punishing, and for the previous insults. He said that he thought I rammed him on purpose but should've waited a bit longer for the punish. Can't blame him for the reaction though.
Seems like there still are some decent people out there.
I then proceeded to make it up to him in my own way by spotting helicopters, planes, and tanks for the rest of the round which he successfully shot down one after an other.
He went first place at last, with one death - guess which one
But yeah, I sould've gotten out of the way

What i do is just sit in the plane until they TK me, i know I'm not out there bombing but i hate idiots like that

at this point i would be nice and allow them to take and use it "as they have been waiting" so no tk situation to face just play nice

I have seen that happen on some servers where people back off voluntarily from the plane I might be in. Those are the people and servers that earn my loyalty. I will share with them the next flight.

Same here; I just kill them, take the TK and move on with the jet.

agreed and if you're a good pilot then you'll stay in the air long enough that the person waiting for the jet will be too bored and eventually move on.

never happened to me, i usually dont fly because i suck, and if someone else want the jet they can have it.......i only use it when its sitting idle (so enemy doesnt steal it)

if this did happen to me, and i was good enough not to give it up, i would slowly roll to the end of the runway, and down the lil slope, and then say he can have it.......or veer to the right, down the lil hill and leave it there for them....

something that might help with this, is giving the vehicles a 5 second spawn time, so your in the air before the noob who just crashed has a chance to spawn and lie down in the runway, or teamkill

I just kick them, and if they do it again, ban them. I have no tolorence for dillholes who think its funny to do that.
