is it me or lately its seems bf2 is hacked to death iam getting real tired of the one shot kills from a lot of players no matter what the distance is

FYI, even if someone is using an aimbot, it doesn't mean that they are going to be able to score one shot kills reliably.

It is impossible to remove bullet deviation from the engine. Even the very best written aimbot only increases the chances of landing a shot.

On the other hand, I have seen instances where lag/non-reg hits will suddently conspire to make it seem like you've been killed in one shot when infact you've taken several hits.

Finally, hacks are not as common as some folks seem to believe. Yes, they exist, but no, it's not rampent.

I dont think BF2 has THAT many hacks out. Maybe you need some more practice?

It may be true that only a little portion of the players use cheats, but the truth is, the number is increasing.

But most of the "hacks" can be explained by UAV, spotting, lag, or just pure luck/skill.

I've noticed that its the common assumption of a n00b to assume a better players is hacking. If they spent half the time practising that they do complaining about supposed "hackers", they might one day receieve the honourable "omfg yur a hax0r!!1111" accusation.

I don't think I've ever come across someone I really thought was hacking.

I have. I was MEC in Karkand. We had been pushed to the other side of the river and I started to snipe from a berm near the east edge of the map. I started getting hits around me from a .50 MG. I ducked behind the berm and looked due north. I could see tracers coming from somewhere in the fog, I couldn't see the source. So I ducked down behind the berm and waited. He kept pounding the berm with .50 bursts. So I crawled down the berm a little ways and he followed me. Bullets were hitting the berm as I moved. There was no UAV and nobody could see me from the enemy. I don't know why he kept pounding the berm, it made it totally obvious that he was using some kind of wall and fog hack. So to get caught using these hacks you have to be a total moronicus maximus.

I imagine that most players with these hacks have to be smarter than this one, so even though this is the only player I have definitely encountered which I could say was hacking, there must be a lot more out there. How many brain cells does it take to stop firing when your target is immune?

If you think there aren't that many people cheating your in denial. About the begining of May In kirkland I saw an entire squad that had red names. After Two teamkills I realized The badguys think their freindlies. I tried to aim at one long enough to get his name but no dice, and their squad was locked so, Sorry

Oh yea about the .50 cal following you. I like to do that in commander mode, hit caps lock real quick to go to overhead view then adjust my shot. Real effective while using a TOW. I'd like to see the tanker's eyes when the missle comes around the corner.

Before this one, there was the one by =PSU= PJMAK1 on how there's no way he could be TV'd every time. IT MUST BE HAX!

Please, for the love of God, start issuing a one week ban on threads that claim cheats/hacks without proof. Second time, permanent ban!
