My first round online was about one year ago (june 10th, BF2 demo has been released). I think I had something about 12 points :laugh: Almost everyone was teamkilling because of the new features and weapons.

I just made Lance Corporal after 3 days! I unlocked the M95 because I like more damage to more shots when I'm a sniper. I'm pumped to use it!

It's a good rifle (combined with pistol) for getting your aim down. I turned to sniping once the random twitch glitch spam fighting got old. I suggest using the M95 on smaller maps until you figure out the whole sniping thing.

M24, aside from the L96A1 the best sniper rifle for accuracy in the game. My fav is the SVD though.

Well, I did research before I did the unlock and picked the M95 because I hate the MEC and Chinese sniper rifles. I still use the M24 when I play as the US because of its fine crosshairs.

I decided not to unlock the G36 (as it seems that everyone else and their dog did) because I only play Spec. Ops when the need arises. I didn't unlock the G3 or L85 for the medic because the 3 round burst of the M16 is nice for me because I start going ballistic when I have full auto.:p (Translation: I go fully rock and roll, missing my target with the second half of the clip giving them time to go prone and pop two into my skull cap, thus causing me much pain, discomfort, and embaressment.)

I say you made the right decision. The G36C just doesn't cut it with the 1.2's precision and damage increases. The M16 is the best medic gun besides the G36E although the L85 is good in close range. The G3 is the best rifle I've used but there's no reason not to unlock the PKM first.

Ok...just made Corporal on the FAF clan server and boy was it hard. I just kinda became fodder for their fire, but eventually got what I wanted. I have to say, is joining a clan overrated? Or is it not worth my time?

Secondly, I have a new unlock I need to use. I usually play sniper and have the M95 unlock. Medic and assualt are my other choices usually at kit selection. However, should I unlock something like the M3AK to help better my Engineer? What suggestions can you guys throw me to these questions?
