knife pistol servers

i cannot find a single unranked knife and/or pistol server, yet there is an abundance of ranked ones.....why is that?

does anyone else feel there is a demand, or a need for unranked ones, for those of us who dont care about points, and want to have fun....without being a stat-padder, and without worrying about being reset?

let me know what u think, and if u know any unranked servers feel free to share

It's because people mainly go there for stats, not fun. Unranked K/P wars are the best. We've been known to have them prior to a scrim when we practice on our unranked server.

I was on some Ranked Karkand server last night where 90% was trying to use pistol and knife. Everyone was medic and support, building points, with players from both teams dancing around each other. Bunch of crap I thought, so I capped a flag or two and then went to get the Gatehouse tank. Lot's of complaints about that. Both commanders trying to kill me by dropping cars on my tank (you can see the shadow and move a bit so it doesn't work). Finally a couple of us legal players all got armor and started hunting the stat padders. It was a fun round until near the end when some Admin must have Paused the game and I got disconnected. I kept saying stuff like "hunt the stat padders!". I guess some people don't like to play fair.

I joined a server once, not knowing it was K&P but quickly figured out what was up...

So I rolled up in a HMMV and mowed both teams down with the .50 cal.

20 kills and 19 team kills and one quick kick.

I still don't understand why people go to k/p servers...it's not like the expert knife and pistol are THAT hard :hmm: .

Why play unranked when you can play ranked...hehe...

But i mostly play for fun knowign that there are no armor whores, no airplane whores, no nade spammers, no pkms and everyone basically has a fair chance of fighting.

unranked, u can play all kinds of funny mods, n do all kinda funny stuff that u wouldnt dare do in ranked. this is after all a game, so y make it so darn serious where every shot mus count?

Loaded poll. I don't play on Knife/Pistol servers because I don't care to play only knife and pistol. It has nothing to do with rank or unranked.

Yeah, EA doesn't care about those servers as long as they pay. So nobody cares. Those are bascially "exploit" servers.

i hav bin on k/p servers (not knowin what they were), as soon as i did, i got the nearest vehcle (APC ) nd went mad...lol its soo funny, the pistols dont work then do they....eh??
