Excellent cobra pilot

I had the pleasure last night to gun for GNO Goofiegoob3r. I have never flown with anyone as nimble and solid as this guy. I was pretty much sparing up the place with my crappy shooting but I still had a 60 point round. We played on Kubra Dam and we were flying places that I had only been in a dune buggy. Great fun. I salute you Goofiegoob3r.

THats 1/2458383 good pilots out there. I consider myself as in the middle, and have experience both good and bad pilots, "good" as in letting the gunner take out enemies and a 5 deaths or below, "bad" as in only lasts below 1 min and ends up crashing.

I love piloting Cobra's in Wake! The J-10's can barely touch me.... the only way I get shot down is if they slow down to a near hover and try to unload everything on me.

They must've been pretty bad J-10 pilots then.
Any decent pilot will take the Cobra down with ease.

I have two in my clan that could probably take you down in 10 seconds. They're our flying specialists, that's all they do.

Yes its Very Easy to take Down a cobra with a skilled pilot in the J-10

I disagree. The J-10's are a pain, but just TV the flea bags and all is taken care of. You can also roll, juke, flares to escape a ram/missle fire.

Jets are so easy to evade in a chopper. I think it's the other way around, any descent chopper pilot can avoid most shots from air targets.

I have flown with and against chrisR in tournaments...he is one of the best pilots I have ever seen. All of 21cw respected the guy.

I think a skilled jet pilot in any plane can shoot down a chopper..
Missles are nearly worthless... MAchine guns the whole way.... ALL DAY..

If you barrel role more then once, the roles after the first one make you lose less and less elevation. It would be hard to take down a heli that does 6 barrel roles, regardless of how good the jet pilot is.

Exactly... I do some crazy shit in the cobra, and I could bet that no one in this forum would be able to take me out in less than 5 turn-arounds

yeah when i jet is trying to take me down i like to barrel roll a lot and sometimes backflip......hey you know how to frontflip?
