X-52.

The joystick itself, it's feel, it's look, and functions are top-rate, BUT it's durability is horrendous! It crapped out on me in a few months, So as of now, I have no way of playing. I need to go out soon and buy a new one, probably just gunna' buy another!

Truthfully... I wasn't impressed.
Those graphics just didn't do it for me. Something about the shaders makes all the planes look... um... fake. I didn't see much in there to wow me physics wise either. Looks like a console version of an arcade plane shooter. Wait, it is. :p

if you want planes get Lock On (http://www.lockon.ru) with the flaming cliffs expansion, its got some of the best flight models ever, its why i never use bf2 jets because there so fekin stupid....would be insteresting if they allowed you to do the cobra move on the su-27's/30's (whichever one they have in bf2)

D|sso can you still get the x-45's? a group of my m8s has them and there pretty good.

Im not sure, if your looking at a HOTAS system you could look for x-45's, or the couger thingy but thats more expensive than the x-52. Ive got a cyborg evo, does the job.

Man you're only half way there on the road to immersion if you don't have a throttle. You just don't feel the blast of ramming the throttle to the stops and going full Afterburners!

I've heard good things about LOMAC and almost bought it awhile back..

That Su-30MKI video was insane.. you should also look up the MiG-29OVT if you want to see crazy.
