How many of you have actually played BF1942?

I've noticed that many of you have never even played the other BF games or even heard of them. BF1942 was the best Dice game made. Balanced, fun, ran great, decent GFX, and Dice supported it with patches up to 1.61.

Great game you guys should pick up a copy of it and play it for a bit.

Still pllay '42 and BF:V when the mood strikes me. '42 was the first multiplayer game I got into.

played 1942 then went to Dessert Combat (a great mod the for runner to BF2) Veitnam (which IMO was crap) and now I am on BF2 but unlikly to go to 2142 but we will see nearer the time with 2142

I have some experience in DC artillery rules.

I did not buy BF1942 until about a few months ago, it sits in it's CD case waiting installation.

Desert Combat Final + Forgotten Hope mod action was/is furious hijinx.
Came to table late with ASPYR mac OSX port.
Got PC specific for BF2.

Maybe at some point put back on my G5 for olde times sake.
