We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
I just bought EF the other day because I really want the P90 unlock, but it won't let me in the same way that I could unlock a bunch of guns for free after getting the SF expansion (my rank is Gunnery Sergeant, 9000 or so points).
So how do I unlock it? Do I need to get to the next rank which is 20,000 points?
i have a question y do u get SF unlocks in vanilla bf2 ,i think its kminds cheap u get a good gun just for having money while poor kids like me whodont have a job have to work our asss off to get the unlocks.

you dont need to own sf actually, your account just needs to have logged into it at some point, get a friend to log in and out with you account and you get unlocks in norm bf2
I see. I do own SF, though I don't play it because the maps are absoultely terrible. EF is ok though. The maps are good, if not great and, well... I like the Euro equipment too. For the most part.
I don't have any unlocks left right now (and though I unlocked the old AT tier2 unlock, since it was changed to P90 my unlock is gone :cry:). I guess i need to get another 10k points to get my next unlock...
Too bad so many users that did not want to buy expansions for BF 2 complained about new weapon unlocks. Ruined it for those that supported the expansions and could not carry over the benefit of using a new gun in battle to a map of their choosing.

There was nothing "changed to P90"; there was no tier2 AT unlock until the P90 was added in patch 1.2. Same with sniper (L96). If you used up all your unlock slots before the patch was released then you will need to wait until the next rank to unlock anything.
DICE has already said they will not be added to vanilla because they would increase the requirements too much for players with lower end PCs. It is a shame, though. Some of those EU guns are awesome.

what a load off CRAP!! if they cared at all about how disappointed we are with ef. & 95% off players have abandoned it... they would try to give us SOME:ROFL: value off money. the 1st thing they should do is fix it so we could have the unlocks in vanilla....
