i play beacuse i have nothing to do and alls i think is bf2. i mean really. you ask any of my frineds and alls they will say is that i talk about bf2. and knifing people and studying the game. i mean i go to work and on my break i get some paper and i draw out plans on how to kill people the fastest way and how to get flags. also how to work as a team and kill the enemy before he kills you.

I play it for fun.
Sure I might have a rant every now and then about some bug and EA but the truth is they wont stop me playing.
I play to **** off the enmey (not my team) by wasteing that C-4 tosser or knifing that sniper in the back.
I play for fun period.
when the game stops being fun I will move on to another game. I have been playing alot PRMM lately and that has brought so much more fun to the game, joining a squad and zooming around in little birds to take a flag or land on some roof top and flanking an enemy squad doesnt get much funner than that.

Only thing i have to complain about bf2 is the whiny player coming over from CS expecting it to be the same. I still play bf2 because i can never get borde of it! there's always a map that i have'nt played for a while or a mapsize...

We all complain about the issues, myself included.

But we still play. How come?

For me:

I can no longer play Diablo 2, after 5 1/2 years it somehow got stale...

I work night shifts; I wake up at 9 PM and go to bed at 11:30 AM!

How about you?

man you work the same hours as me and i just recently quit diablo (gets boring when you have 2 or 3 of every char)
i play bf2 'cause im a stoner and love blowing s**t up

there be a game getting released soon called Titan Quest, identical system to Diablo2 but playing in a different era and ofc better graphics,,

and to answer your question i dont play Bf2 enough to get bored of it ie not playing 8hrs a day :p

I don't think 8 hrs is possible anymore. With all the ctd's introduced in 1.3 its impossible to play that long.

because battlefield is life. I like hanging out with friends, I like showing kids up, I like flying around, I like that perfect snipe shot, I like blowing up tanks, I like owning IN tanks, I like kicking ass.

it is for me if i bothered to which i might around the 16th-19th as ill be home alone, and ive not had a single problem with any of the patchs for vanilla only the small EF glitch not letting me play the maps but that was sorted in 5mins
