cause its a good game still,
its a game that is always different as its an online game.
the battles are never the same.
it is value for money even if the patch did knacker things up for a couple of days lol.
i dont play mod's at all cause im happy with vBF2 ill try put the first strike mod.
at the moment im enjoying gettin all my rewards as ive nearly gotten every single one in bf2 an sf once i get all these il start playing ef then af,
then after that if theres any game left il move on to the mods

Good showing from our clan in this game, and competitive play, over 70 matches on various ladders in 5v5 infantry and 8v8 conquest, been lots of fun.

for most people i honestly think its cos of the ranking system, with all battlefield games i eventually uninstall them cos i get bored, doesnt seem to happen with the cs games... my excess playing of bf2 has swung me back to playing such games as total annihalation again

now i am going paranoid waiting for Supreme Commander cos of bf2...nervous breakdowns wooooo!!

Because a better game hasn't come along yet.

I couldn't have said it better myself, for me its the best game currently out and i still enjoy it as much now as i did when it was released, in fact i probably enjoy it MORE now as i am more experienced with the game.

Why not still play BF2? Game market has stagnated, nothing revolutionary on the horizon of war games as far as gameplay goes since BF1942, so why not still play BF2? Just waiting for the mods........

i don't complain, the fun-factor and the experience of the game by far overrules the bugs. It's the schoolgirls that pi$$ and moan.

I think it is a great game and has/had a lot of amazing potential. I spent a lot of time a couple years ago waiting for it to come out while playing DC into the ground. The game is so good, that I dumped a bunch of money upgrading my PC to get better game play.

It is a great concept for a game and is still hard to match by competitors. The only reason I complain and sit on the fence about dropping it completely, is because it is still a great game even after its shortcomings. But, fool me once, fool me twice, is going to burn DiCE.

because got bored of cs.. and this is the best game i`ve ever played so far...
(in the fps genre) and pretty much NO.1 overall
