Boys and girls, the F/A-22 is currently in service on the USAF believe what you want. The F/A-35 is currently still under development, on it's final paces, right now they are having a over weight problem with it. The F/A-35 will replace the F/A-18 Hornets A-D models not the E/F/G models. From what i read it will replace the F15 or the F16 not sure witch one for the USAF, and will replace the AV-8B harrier for the USMC. It will also replace jets in the UK, and other countrys.

There will be a vertical lift model, but all the models wont have it.

one thing that might be not related but the F-18 is it only on Kubra dam i flew
with it and i really love it. Beats the F-35 anytime

As i am one of the best Pilots in the RAAF and in this game in WA; i have to say the J10 is overkill. In real life, the hornet beats its angle of attack by 30 degrees. The hornet has better thrusts vector nozzles, and its low altitude avionics is MUCH more advanced.

In the game however, give me the Mig 29 Fulcrum, and i will still pwn the J10. J10 IS NOT the best plane in the game, more like the Mig 29F if its used PROPERLY...remember "Think like a russian".

its not *that* hard to take out a j10

it just requires abit of effort, to follow it or find it quickly when it breaks away.

I've shot down J-10s in the F-35. You just have to be smart, and forget your missiles, they aren't really going to help you.

for attacking other planes these (in order) are the best ones: j10, f18, mig, f35

for dodging missiles these (in order) are the best ones: f18(yea rly), j10, mig, f35

missiles vs a j10 are fine if you know when to fire them!!

For the most part, most people expect the J-10 to make kills for them and don't think too hard. Get behind them, wait for them to rearm or start a bombing run, open up with the cannon, Boom.
