Dropping Vehicle on Artillery

Anyone notice a growing trend of commanders dropping vehicles on artillery? Lands on it, and when it blows, there goes the artillery. We had the MEC commander do it nonstop in Karkand.
By the time the first is repaired, the wait bar has filled again and he could drop a vehicle on the second.

A smarter idea wouold be giving the vehicle to a spec ops guy, and you can blow up 2.

Is it blowing because of hitting the object or because no one is hopping in? Seems like an over looked bug/exploit to me

Oh and this works if the artillery is at 100% health as well.

No 12. has happened to me, except the vehicle landed on top of the APC I was in, at full armor, and blew it up.

This entire patch is a bug.

They should add wind drift to the vehicle drop just like the supply crates. That way you cant snipe people with a vehicle

Or have them both destroyed by the time he gets there so he can drop the UAV/Scanner instead.

Yesterday while playing.. i was mounting a hill that had 6 enemies sitting on the other side of it. I thought i was gonna get HUGE stats with my machine gun... and just as i got towards the top.. my commander thought of dropping a car on me. So.. as it killed me.. it killed the guy who was coming up behind me as well. I load back in.. finally get back up the hill.. and it happened again.

GG. Died twice to an idiot commander.

p.s. Those same 6 guys ended up taking out 2 tanks, and like 9 ground troops before people noticed them.
