Anyone have any tips on how to use the tv guided missile on other attack helicopters? It's very hard.

It's hard for me too. I have 1 out 10 hits on average, but then I haven't played gunner that much.

practice practice practice, it also helps to have a pilot to hold you steady for a bit so you can consentrate on the target.

LEAD.

Calculate your target's speed and angle of movement, then estimate where he will be by the time your missile gets there. Simple enough ? :)

Just remember that you can correct your estimate by left-clicking an area of the TV map if you need to.

jus keep clicking till u get him. best if u start off far from your target so u have enough time to aim carefully...

Wait for the two pilots to get into the inevitable race to high altitude, and then hope your pilot is winning that race. That should give you a relatively stationary target to aim at, slightly below you - perfect for a TV shot.

Sloi is correct but stuck up about it, when I asked for him to teach me, you should have heard him.

"Ok, now take your aiming utensil and move it -4 degrees on the X axis so you can lead the target which is 200 meters from our position. Since the formula height x width = get laid then if you were to add a +2 movement with your aiming utensil in the Z axis once the attack helicopter gunner missile has passed the 140.4293225 meter mark you should land a direct hit on the rectum of the target, slowly inserting that throbbing, pulsating missile into it and taking it back out, feeling it nibble on the tip of the warhead while hearing the chopper's engine groan - "

no seriously just practice as much as u can, im pretty good with the TV nd u need to remember not to click too often but redirect it as needed, keep at range nd ull b fine

one thing about you gunners though. if the pilot hovers for a few seconds, that means that the pilot wants you to shoot something infront of him.

i just had a gunner do the exact opposite. i hovered infront of an anti tank guy but my gunner NEVER fired for some godforsaken reason. i hovered for like 5 seconds then BAM, AA fire killed us.

needless to say i cursed like a mofo after that.

That is because the gunner is looking at the 120mm shell which is in the tank barrel which is attached to the tank controlled by Mohammed who is laughing at you through the tank window.
