Why do you shoot the commander?

Every so often I get the people who shoot the commander. Most of the time its just to wound him, but sometimes a TK.

Now I know sometimes during the heat of battle you don't see the artillery in your area. Or I can't immediatley drop you supplies or a vehicle because the timers are not reset, so what is it?

I seem to get shot at most by campers.

LOL if you find yourself getting shot a lot by team members while your commander...., may i suggest that its time to look over your commanding tactics again??

Any suggestions? What am I doing wrong? I supply my teammates, I support them with artillery, I kill snipers with Cartillery, I destroy enemy artillery with Cartillery, I keep the UAV over the main force, I right+click spot 'runners' and enemy vehicles, I give orders only when necessary...what am I doing wrong?

I don't need commander advice (there's already alot of info in the Tips & Tricks section), I just want to know why people shoot me.

I right+click spot 'runners' and enemy vehicles

That can sometimes get VERY annoying, continualy hearing "Enemy infantry spotted!" over and over and over again.

It's never made me want to shoot the commander though...

Also, some people are just really lame. Yesterday the same guy came and TK'd me 5 times for no reason and i wasn't even commander. :hmm:

This idiot was sitting at a vodnik at the MEC helipad in Sharqi waiting to kill anyone who gets in the heli so I took the vodnik and drove it into the ocean and killed him... lmfao

mostly ppl who shot there commander are noobs,and 1 they wanted to be commander but you out rank him so you get it or there just plan noobs

I never shoot him, but when he sits in the essex gun like a moron when enemy jets are pounding us and we need a defense, I blow his ass sky high

Ive only shot 1 commander and thats cus he kept on calling out "enemy infantry spotted!!" over and over and over

I hate a commander who sends artillery on a flag your are capturing that has no enemies close by teamkilling you and ruins the flag cap giving it back to the enemy. Worst ****ing thing a commander can do

This happened to me twice in the same round yesterday from the same commander maybe he defected to the other team?

This happend to me once.Commander explained when I yelled at him that a force,incuding armor was descending upon me and he had tried to time the shot upon their arrival.It was entirely my fault I got killed cause it's not like you don't get any warning a barage is incoming.Either way I was dead anyway.:p
