I've stopped playing on some servers because the restarts are just stupid...sometimes within 15 minutes of each other.

What did Steam do when they released a bad patch?

fixed it within a few days.

I have noticed several different problems. One server I played on would stop every 20 mins or so and then go on with no ill effects. Did it for three hours+ that I played on it.... About every other day, when I hit the join server button, my BF2 game disappears from my PC altogether. I run all the cleanup programs in Norton SystemWorks and reboot and it doesn't do it for awhile. I haven't had that many instances where connection is lost to a server while playing, but it does happen now and then. All told, I am happy with 1.3 so far.

My server crashed 2 times today, several times yesterday... They better fix this ASAP!! I'm about to give up.... Sooo tired of waiting for the server to fill up, play 2 rounds (if we are lucky) then start all over again waiting....

Two of the three main servers I play on crashed several times today and I don't ever remember them crashing before 1.3. Great servers ****ty patch.

Not to mention the several other bugs which include: Blue/Red tag mix up, No weapon unlocks when joining servers, favourites disappearing, server update bug, and my game crashing to the desktop about three times in one hour.

Gee wiz...2 server crashes within 20 minutes...3 within an hour...its unplayable.

Our server has crashed twice today, its Fcuking crap because you spend ages trying to fill it up then 1/2 hour later it crashes! Are we going to get some sort of compensation? We pay alot of money to run these servers and now they don't run.

my question is "how can 1.3 be considered a "patch" when it messes up more than it fixes?"

patch - n - A piece of code added to software in order to fix a bug, especially as a temporary correction between two releases.
