they use the tracer colours so they can see where the bullets are hitting when they fire, but they sure would help scaring people on the ground

My friend said he doesn't doubt that theres probably like 1 tracer for every 50 bullets.. maybe 100. lol

No, Hueys had M60s in Vietnam...

The UH-1 "Huey" mounted an extensive aray of weapons including the M-134 7.62 minigun in Viet Nam

this is off topic, but not off subject. Lets take a look at how many rounds it takes to kill someone with the 50 CAL in game. 3? 4 maybe? One round from a fifty will wipe a limb clean off or put a hole in your torso the size of a basketball. So umm yea, they fell just a tad short with some of the weapons in the game.

I cant say 100% cause I cant see her tailboom, but the mount and parkin place look REAL familiar!

We called her Nighthawk. She was used for night support, and had differing combos at different times (ie twin 50's and twin m134's at times). Always had a spot and a flare shoot. Tracers were usually every 4th, unless ya had a gunner with a lot of down time.. Went down with crew in 71'
