I got hit by an FAV earlier. Of course it was my friend, and he was trying to kill me on purpose... but I didn't notice it falling on my head until I had 2 bars of health left.

Why should they "fix" this? Its a great feature, opens some doors for us modders.
Dont say its unrealistic, because it isnt.

This is a cool feature, and should have some interesting effects in PRMM, if they put it in.

what do you think the military uses their budget for? they resarch new weapons, and this is a very effective counter sniper weapon.

I guess it rains vehicles out the sky! This is dumb and the only reason its added is to compete with ET Quake Wars which announced the very same feature. Good try EA but it sucks, and its abused. I saw a FAV on the roof of warlord shooting people as they parachuted down. Who needs arty just drop the vehicle on a tank and watch as it moves in weird positions and blows up! Its funny but still lame. Do you really think that one guy sittin up apparently as commander and being able to see the entire battlefield by looking through some magical goggles would be able to just demand a plane drop a Hummer perfectly on top of a sniper on a building right! Same thing with the arty just more **** for someone to play around with. If this were Black and White 2 I could understand, but this is BF2!

Just give him a button to press that follows by a nuclear blast killing everyone every 30 seconds.

Haha! First 1.3 round I played I was commander, got SEVEN kills IAR dropping cars on the enemy!! I was crying!!

The real military doesn't drop vehicles from the air anymore, it's too risky and causes too much damage to their gear. They haven't done it for about 5 years now. They used to do it from the back of C130's.

yeah iv been killed before by one..if im waiting for something to spawn like a jet the commander will drop a vehicle on me for fun..maybe EA should make it a teamkill if a commander drops a vehicle on you and hits you? the idea in the first place was dumb.
