LOL they have identical rates of fire, 900 RPM the P90 just sounds slower as they never changed the sound effect last patch when they increased its ROF.
I personnaly prefer the P90 just for the 50 round magazines, its good for pinging targets in single shot mode as mentioned and worked best helping others in firefights by headshoting them and taking advantage of its accuracy.
All this is fairly irrelevant though, as i will always pick the DAO-12 if going AT anyway
