It wont happen, but one trick you can learn is to camp. Learn to camp for a plane. I know where every vehicle spawns and where to stand to get the vehicle. You know those dots at the F35 spawn? Its hard to describe, but use them. If you stand a couple feet away from one and hop like crazy while holding 'e', you will almost ALWAYS get it. Course, if a J10 makes a pass, dont keep hopping. Get to the ****ing essex.

How about using the badges? A basic aviator gets it before a no badge noob, veteran before basic etc. It would be much easier for EA to program.

Its not a bad idea, kind of like the honor level in AA. I would be for it.

LOL no I know the dots you are talking about, and I get the jet ALMOST every time 99.9%.... the time I don't get it, is when someone is doing the same thing I'm doing.

I'm not worried about this for me... It's when i'm already in the air, or if i'm on the ground.

I also know how to get the chopper every time

Hypothetically I'll go with this just to show you how it's wrong. Suppose you have no badges right now and are new to the game. You will never get to fly b/c you will never earn basic aviator b/c all the veterans and experts will keep you out of the plane. Futhermore, those badges aren't about skill level, it's about how much time you play the game.

You have fun flying the jet right? So does everyone else...regardless of if they have 100 or 300 hours to spend flying in a jet. It's like elementary school; take turns and share and everyone will have fun.

One question for those saying that people with this get it before those without that. What do you mean by before? Are you suggesting there be some kind of button you push like when applying for commander? Or are you saying that if a higher ranked person is in the area of a vehicle they get first pick? The commander one might work, but that would be a pain for everytime you wanted to get in. The second one wouldn't work at all because then I guarantee you that lower ranks would TK on sight just to have a fighting chance for getting in a vehicle.

They should do away with friendly TKs for air vehicles. How hard can that be ?

                Horribly thought-out pseudocode
                IF sniper/AT shot from teammate
IS TARGET IN JET ? GOTO 1
IS TARGET IN HELO ? GOTO 1, ELSE 2
                1 missed shot
                2 Register hit

                  Thankfully you don't make games.

It's a good idea, and it has been used in Planetside with much success. Players really ought to be certified to use some of the more valuable assets.

Do you really want some no-talent asshat taking your team's mech because he loaded a little faster?

                    hell, they already do.

But it's a good idea. How many times have you let someone take a jet or helo. Being nice, or to see if they may do better than you. And you watch them on the map, they head to the first base and bail, dieing on landing or shortly after? Or they decide to ram a tank with a plane, not klling the tank and giving a ticket away?

You then ask them, what was that for? I wanted to take that base. THEN WHY THE HELL DID YOU WANT THE JET?

Its a stupid idea. Really its a game people paid 50 bucks for, they have every much right to a vehicle as you. Learn to share and not whore a jet. I love whoring the chopper, but if someone else gets it..oh well. If you learn not to die so fast, you can have it the whole map.Stop complaining, before EA makes another mistake.

it's a free-for-all, if they implement something like this into the game it would alienate a lot of people. EA would lose sells and you know they dont want to do that.

It wouldn't alienate jack ****, everyone just has to do a basic license test so they actually know how to play properly
