Not to be a bit of a dingleberry, but i would like to know where the phonenumber is on that webpage. If someone has called them, I would believe that there would be a phone number listed somewhere.

They won't give you a serial over the phone. What they WILL give you is the information and address provided by the link above.

I'm sure if you google EA's site for EA support phone you'll get something.

ya virus was full of ****, when i finally found thier support number they just redirected me to that serial replacement website.

Right your serial on the CD next time with a sharpie. I bought the DVD version and it has saved my ass plenty of times when it is right there.
