It is very much worth getting, honestly, it's great. I love it more than vanilla, because of the lack of jets, and the map designs are superb.

In general it is not laggier than BF2, just the same for me, except in two places. The USS Essex interior on the Iron Gator map, and the palace on Warlord. But..I only get lag on 64 player servers (when they're full obviously), stick to 32 players and you'll be fine.

I don't download games, I can't becoz here in Belgium there is a limit on everything u download. I only can download 10 gig a month
But our connection is faster then a lot of other contries (sometimes downloading stuff at 1500kb/s).

yea i tought it was worht it but it ist i only instal it now so that i get 2 free unlocks but thats my opinion

yes. ONLY get it if you have a good computer. i couldnt play it on my old one but now i can play it on high and have fun

It's a good game.

You know the only thing i don't like though? I wish more people played it. I can't find any good special forces servers located in Europe. I want to play this game but no one plays it

If anyone knows of any good SF servers in Europe, let me know :)

I got one question guys. If i buy SF do i get unlocks to normal BF also ? since i have all unlocks expect one on regular BF2.

I find SF to be laggier and have longer load times, but it is a great expansion.

Technically you can only use the normal BF2 unlocks in SF. The tier 2 unlocks you get when you install SF are just standard SF guns. There are some exceptions like the two unlocks they added with Euro Forces but generally thats the case.

The assualt gun SF unlock for example is the F200 with Grenade Launcher which is the British Assualt gun.

Edit: Also, yes you can use the unlocks or any level gains that you get in SF to unlock standard BF2 guns as well. I guess i didn't read your question right.

I love SF. That's all I ever play now. I almost never play vanilla BF2 now. But you are asking a bunch of guys posting in the SF section. Ask the same question on the vanilla BF2 forum and you will probably get less enthusiastic response.
