I was looking over my badge requirments and saw that I needed 20 kills as a medic for my Veteren Medic Combat. I also needed 10 heal points for my Veteren First Aid. I already had the time required.

So I played one of my best medic rounds on Sharqi. Wound up with over 40 team points and 80+ total points.

19 Kills and the last heal point I got before we won the round was my 9th.

Just gotta laugh those off and try again later.

*Edit: OH and I was in a great ground pounding squad (like Cigar_Man says), best way to get heals.

I made the 23-24 heals in about 6 games before I gave up trying for the expert first aid badge.

Then, in a server with some great squad work going on, I got 33 heals along with my expert first aid badge.

So, to get the veteran or expert first aid badges, SQUAD UP. Stick with your squad and work as a squad.

In the round that I got 33 heals, a support in our squad got 37 support ports and our spec ops guy blew up the commanders equipment 4 or 5 times each piece.

The number one thing to do in BF2 is "SQUAD UP" and play as a squad. Don't just join a squad and then go do your own thing. Stick with the squad, use the in game voip, and work together.

If you dont have a mike, then go get one. It is very important to be able to talk with your squad mates.

I play only on team-oriented servers, I squad up every time I play and am the lone Medic for the squad many times. I have over 1700 heals and not once have I even come close to the 25 in a round. Typically it's 6 to 10 heals with an all time high of 19. I know another guy who plays Medic almost exclusively, has almost 2800 heals and he's yet to get the Expert First Aid badge. His all time high is 21 heals. I believe it is possible but highly unlikely to get this Expert badge legitimately.

I don't think the expert combat badges are insane. Hard yes, but then they should be for the "expert" title... You need to be dedicated to get 100 hours with a kit, but if you manage that, 40 kills in a round isn't beyond the realms of possibility.

The expert "team-support" badges are insane though. 25 repairs in a single round?? Ouch...

The class expert badges are the easiest ones... 40 kills big deal lol, but 37 with explosives or 18 with knife is INSANE I tell you and playing your ass of (100hours) is also insane :p But it is good the way it is, at least not all noobs have expert
