256 RAM will have a tough time running the OS at any decent speed much less BF2.

Also, 64mb integrated video card won't do much of anything...as was stated in an earlier post.

u also need the 1.4 pixel shader support for the video card.
But here are the minimum requirements:
Processor:Intel Pentium 4 or equalent 1.7ghz (Pentium 4 2,5ghz or equalent recommended)

-minimum 512mb RAM (1GB recommended,2gb best)
-dvd-rom 16 speed
-Video card:128mb card with 1.4 pixel shader support(256mb recommended)
-sound card -directX 9.0c compitable
-Internet connection: 128kbps or greater
-optional: usb joystick,usb headset with mic.
-Nvidia Geforce pcx 5900 series to 7900gt Video cards( i use Nvidia 6600,all settings on medium)
or Ati All in wonder Radeon 8500 (agp) minimum or greater.. (video cards)

You can play the game just fine on a Celeron, I played it fine on my 128kb cache at 2.5ghz w00t!
