Oh, well mine was like 10 bucks, pretty expensive I'd say for headset. Actually maybe 15 dollars... or 46. The point is, the Logitech Office Headset works great. I dunno if it is office but it HELLA ain't gaming and that's why it kicks ass! I've seen lLogitech gaming headset, it is so tiny, these are a good size with quite flexible mouthpiece... I bit off the fuzzy part.

If you have a decent sound card, avoid any and all USB headsets at all costs. A USB headset renders a sound card totallt useless as it does not use the sound card at all, but its own drivers.

I use an Altec Lansing AHS502i, 40 bucks, not bad, okay mic, great bass, MUCH better than any standard headphones by far.

Good sound, good mic pickup, comfy, and can be used as a collar mic by slipping it off your head and down around your neck (Imortant to me because I like my speakers and my ears get sore when wearing even the best headphones).

Other than that one, I'd only recomend that you stay away from USB mics. I've hear a lot of problem reports assosiated with USB mics/headsets.

Get LTB 5.1 headphone. Helicopter can't sneak up on you, and you can doge him around the building.

This is what I use. I can hear very well and the mic works great. Only complaint is the ear pads are thin, so I had to stretch the headband out to reduce the pressure on my ears (big head).

Just bought an "Audiofx" headset, fairly in-expensive, comfy and great sound. Best of all, the headset vibrates which add's a pretty cool effect when playing bf2.

Careful though, don't drop it in your lap!! :p
