It happens. I think there's an article and video about it somewhere. Just search around these forums and you'll find it.

Ok.....tank shells will bounce. It is much easier to get a one shot kill on an Abrams tank, so I would practice against one of those. What you need to do is aim for the flat area right above the tracks, right under the turret area. If you do it right, you can get a double hit by bouncing the shell off the top of the track area and back into the turret. Good luck!

The only one I know is one shot from a TV guided missile. I dont know from a tank.

Had a interesting tank fight the other night, I had just moved my full health tank out from its parking space when I encountered a enemy tank (we both probably had UAVS up at that place at the same time) with seemingly full health (no smoke at all) and with 1 shot he got me down to 3 bars health. Before I bailed I decided it was worth giving him a shot to weaken his tank and in 1 shot he was also smoking and bailed then we both started duking it out with our small arms

I had some videos up here, but I lost my webspace and I don't have them on my hd anymore. Someone around here mite still have them though. You just have to find places on the tanks where you can ricochet a shell off the tank so that it hits the turret and tank body another time or two.

There is also a way to take a tank down to about 25-30% health in one hit with a glancing blow also, but again that was in the videos I had up and no longer have.

                    It is all about ricochets.
You shoot hit him twice because it bounces.
If you choot the edge of a hill your tank shot will ricochet or glance off.

there is some special spot near the turrent, where it will ricochet and hit under the turrent and kill it in 1 hit.

2 hits is a bit easier, aim for the very front of the tred, if you nail that twice just right, it will start to smoke/flame and blow up on its own.

I find it is where you hit the tank. If you hit it in the front where the armour is thick then you will need like 4 shells to take it down but if you hit it in the side or in the tracks I need only like 2.

One shot works on any tank and any apc.

I made the first actual video for that with an explanation and demonstrated the ricochet shots on every armored vehicle in the game. I also showed the glancing shot on a T90.

Your shell has to travel at about a 5 degree angle (give or take a few) in order to get a good ricochet that can be used under the turret or off the side of the tread skirts for a nice glancing shot. For the apc vehicles, try the same thing but off the top of the tires.
