    LOL, sniping spotted.

You wouldnt believe how much can one learn and practice in Single Player.

TVGM againts bots, chasing J-10 with F35B (with a mod, nto that effective though), ´aiming, helos.

I react negatively on the idea that you practice doing something in public servers. Ove had BHAWK crashes too many times.

Well i take it as far as i can to improve after i get killed. But have to accept that there are better players out there. Lol this is basically the reason i started flying in choppers and planes, i got so pi$$ed at them killing me all the time that i decided to give it a shot, and its not as easy as it seems, lol.

        Ok.....

        Q) you are getting owned by J10's when flying the F35. What course of action can you sensibly take?

        A) Unless the J10 pilot is an Ubernoob (unlikely), you cannot compete with the J10, end of story. Equpiing yourself withthe M95 sniper kit. Take the F35, get what 'soft' targets you can get before getting tailed by the demon J10 pilot. As soon as you are getting tailed, Full thrust, back cam view, drop flares, head to enemy airstrip, bail, land on something with good vantage point and impossible to get to. Sit for the rest of round depriving enemy J10 whore of ever getting of the ground again by shooting his f**king head of through cockpit class whenever he jumps in jet.........only way to spoil ace J10's pilots fun!

The key is that you must rethink in 15seconds not only where to spawn with witch kit but also what did you make wrong...

If I log into a server, we're down 100 points, and short 8 guys, I'll just log off. No point getting frustrated with retarded teammates, team-stacking clans, immature admins, all while being base raped so someone can make their kit look good while carpet bombing your corpse three times before you can respawn.

            Flying jets - I suck
Flying helos - I'm pretty good
            Driving armor - Pretty good
Driving boats - C'mon, how could anyone screw that up?
            SpecOps - Very good
            Sniper - Average
            Engineer - Good
            Medic - Good
            Support - OK
            AT - OK
            Assault - Good
            Commander - OK
            Turrets - Pretty good

I know where I suck, and I back down when those situations present themselves. I know where I do well, which is usually base defense and transport. I excel at lone wolfing when a server doesn't support VOIP or the team is a bunch of random (read: retarded) guys. When I have someone to speak to or the commander is competent, then I can perform to my full capacity.

            Example:
I make my way to the enemy assets and plant explosives. As I blow the enemy's gear, I hear "Supply drop at your location" without voicing any requests. Lovely! A commander who is congnizant and proactive. Eight seconds later, the entire collection of the enemy's toys is smoldering and I'm making my getaway.

I think instead of focusing on what I suck on I focus on what im good at in order to get even better. First thing you have to do is practice and practice and practice. I fly choppers constantly and Ive gotten pretty good at it. On the other hand flying planes is a different story. I can bomb people and take out an occasional fighter or 2 but when im being chased I cant dodge the missiles since the recent patch. (I pretty much gave up on that since then)

Get better at what you are already good at and dominate with that.

Re: As a Battlefield 2 player, how far will you go?

I think one of the most rare things in BF2 is players who show respect for an opponent. I'm not talking worship but just a minimal level of respect. Like 'well played m8', it's just a game no big deal.

What you mostly find is 'n00b' or 'patch the game'. If you can say in your own mind 'he's good' then your half way there to improving cos a LOT of players will never admit that someone is good or better than them and will always blame it on something else.

                  Basically agree with OP.

I will improve myself as much as a can, but this is a team game and you being good isn't going to matter if the rest of your team is terrible (unless you vehicle whore, like in a jet or tank on mashtur).

Yeah, I mean, Im not that good to blame the game for my failures. So all I can do is to improve or accept.

I will do all I can to punish those who kill me most. Does not always work tho! Sometimes no matter what you find them with 3 bars of health and no ammo.....over and over and over...whatupwiththat?

I give credit and respect to opposing pilots in SF on Iron Gator if they deserve it. Sometimes ofcourse he's equally as good as you but your gunner sucks and doesnt know how to guide a TV.

If I'm outskilled I usually try to knife the person even if I go 1:100 doing it cause they will remember getting knifed and hate me forever.

                              Self-Improvement?

"Trying is the first step towards failure"

                              Muhuhuhaha....
Exactly, Trying implicates failing. Just do it, noob.

Errh no sorry dude they'll have a blast killing you 15 times with their main gun while you engage them with your knife, laughing about that retarded player who thinks a knife kill is woth more than any other kill. If you finally manage to get one knife kill the whole thing is over you have a new worst enemy and your opponent will forget about you and your wothless name. One doesn't remember names of people who suck.
